Chase A.S. Beguin is a rising force in Oregon’s legal community, known for his dual-focus approach to both litigation and transactional work. As a partner at Cauble, Furr & Beguin, LLP, Mr. Beguin handles matters across business law, commercial drafting, estate planning, and general civil litigation—bringing both legal precision and strategic insight to every case.

A North Carolina native, Mr. Beguin earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management and Health Sciences from Guilford College in 2017, followed by a J.D. from Elon University School of Law in 2021 with an emphasis on corporate and business law. During law school, he gained hands-on experience through the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Clinic, developing a strong foundation in contracts, secured transactions, and deal structuring.

Since joining the Oregon Bar in 2022, Mr. Beguin has quickly become an active leader, serving as President of the Josephine County Bar and holding a seat in the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates. He leverages his litigation experience to strengthen his contract work, ensuring clients receive both airtight documentation and real-world risk protection.
