Born in the United Kingdom, Ms. Bungard moved to the United States in the early 1990s and has made Maryland her home. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1997 and her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2001. She is married to a fellow attorney, and together they are raising four children. Outside of her legal work, she devotes her time to family and enjoys traveling whenever possible.
