Erica Johnson, Esq. is a respected Central Florida attorney who proudly serves the same close-knit community where she was raised. A native of Daytona Beach, she represents clients throughout Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, and Orange Counties with professionalism, clarity, and unwavering dedication.

After graduating from Mainland High School in 1993, Ms. Johnson earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology Education from Bethune-Cookman University. She went on to graduate cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she received Book Awards in Legal Writing and Negotiations. Her early legal experience includes an internship with the Fifth District Court of Appeal under then-Judge A. Lawson—now a Florida Supreme Court Justice—along with participation in the James C. Adkins American Inn of Court and membership in the legal honor society Phi Delta Phi.

Ms. Johnson began her career at the largest civil law firm on Florida’s east coast before founding Johnson Law Center, PLLC. Today, her practice focuses on probate, estate planning, real estate law, and workers’ compensation. She is known for guiding families and property owners through complex legal processes with a steady hand—whether assisting clients with probate administration and heirship matters, navigating real estate transactions and title transfers, or crafting wills, codicils, and asset-protection plans designed to protect family legacies.

Ms. Johnson is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She remains deeply committed to providing results-driven representation rooted in compassion, integrity, and her lifelong connection to the Central Florida community.
