Known for her client-centered approach and tireless work ethic, Jasmyn has helped countless clients secure employment-based and family-based visas, humanitarian visas, green cards, and U.S. citizenship. In Immigration Court, she has successfully defeated deportation orders, obtained complex dismissals, and secured grants for 42A Cancellation of Removal, asylum, and administrative closure in high-stakes cases. Her successful appeals of USCIS denials have led to life-changing case approvals.

Jasmyn is equally committed to her family law clients, representing individuals in divorce, spousal maintenance, child custody, and child support disputes. She approaches each case with compassion and the same relentless dedication that defines her immigration practice.

A graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona’s top-ranked law school, Jasmyn earned distinctions in Trial Advocacy and Health Law and Policy, was named a Center Scholar for Law, Science, and Innovation, and graduated with pro bono honors for her work with the wrongfully accused. She began her career at an AmLaw 100 corporate immigration firm, where she prepared employment-based visa cases for prestigious corporate clients before continuing to represent them as an attorney.

Outside of the office, Jasmyn enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and sharing life with friends, family, and her three beloved dogs.
