Michael Weinberg is a trial lawyer with nearly three decades of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, automobile and trucking accidents, products liability matters, plant/refinery explosions, chemical releases and other workplace injuries, Jones Act and other maritime-related matters. Mr. Weinberg has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of clients.

The rating is based on the recommendations of peers and serves as a testament that judges and fellow attorneys consider Mr. Weinberg at the level of professional excellence. Mr. Weinberg is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and the United States District Court of Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Weinberg is a 1997 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and is a Sustaining Life Fellow of both the Texas Bar Foundation and Houston Bar Assocation.
