Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by MyLegalWin.com (“MyLegalWin”) and the member (“Member”) and governs the Member’s use of the Site and Services offered by MyLegalWin. By becoming a Member, the Member agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Terms of Service Priority: This Membership Agreement is subject to the most recent MyLegalWin Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Membership Agreement and the MyLegalWin Terms of Service, the MyLegalWin Terms of Service will always take precedence and govern the Member’s use of the Site and Services. The Member agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the MyLegalWin Terms of Service as well as this Membership Agreement.
Membership Term: Membership is annual and begins on the date that the Member’s dues are received by MyLegalWin. The Membership will end one year to the day from the date the dues are received, and renewal will be required. If the Member has provided a card on file and agreed to annual renewal, the dues will be automatically processed. The Member is responsible for ensuring that their card on file is up to date and that they have sufficient funds to cover the annual dues. MyLegalWin will not be responsible for any overdraft or late fees incurred by the Member as a result of an outdated or invalid card on file. The Member is also responsible for ensuring that they have provided accurate contact information to MyLegalWin, including but not limited to, their email address and mailing address. MyLegalWin will not be responsible for any missed notifications or lost mail that may result from incorrect contact information provided by the Member.
Membership Dues: MyLegalWin reserves the right to adjust Membership Dues from year to year, in order to reflect changes in costs or other factors. If any changes are made to the Membership Dues, MyLegalWin will provide notice of the changes to the Member via email or mail at least 30 days prior to the Member’s annual renewal date. The Member will have the option to renew their Membership at the new rate, or to cancel their Membership prior to the renewal date. If the Member chooses to cancel their Membership, MyLegalWin will not refund any dues already paid for the current year or issue any other refunds. By renewing their Membership, the Member agrees to the new Membership Dues and acknowledges that they have been provided with notice of any changes.
Attorney Profile: Members will receive an attorney profile on MyLegalWin after they have provided MyLegalWin with the necessary information for it, including any photos, logos, descriptions, or other relevant information that is requested on the profile form. Members are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. MyLegalWin will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the Member. In addition, Members agree to indemnify and hold MyLegalWin and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any inaccuracies or errors in the Member’s profile information. MyLegalWin reserves the right to remove or edit any information that is found to be inaccurate or in violation of the MyLegalWin Terms of Service. Furthermore, MyLegalWin will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the reputation of the Member that may result from inaccuracies or errors in the Member’s profile information.
Plaque, Trophy, or Statue: Members will receive a plaque, trophy, or statue based on what they order at checkout, and that includes the text that they have provided to be on them. MyLegalWin will make every effort to ensure that the plaque, trophy, or statue is delivered in good condition, but in the event that it is damaged or lost in transit, MyLegalWin will not be held responsible. However, MyLegalWin will make a reasonable effort to replace the item or offer an appropriate remedy to the Member, if requested by the Member.
MyLegalWin Badges: Members are able to download and use MyLegalWin badges as long as they are active members and abide by the MyLegalWin Terms of Service. Any use of the badges must be in compliance with applicable laws and any agreements or licenses in place. MyLegalWin will not be liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights arising from the use of the badges, and it is the responsibility of the Member to obtain any necessary permissions or licenses for their use. Additionally, Members agree to use the badges in a manner that accurately represents their membership status and to not mislead or deceive others regarding their affiliation with MyLegalWin.
Removal of Information: Members may request their information be removed from MyLegalWin, but MyLegalWin will not issue any partial or full refunds. However, MyLegalWin will make reasonable efforts to remove the information within a timely manner, and will not be held liable for any damages arising from the delay in removing the information or errors in removing the information. Additionally, the Member acknowledges and agrees that MyLegalWin may retain certain information for legal, compliance, or business purposes, and that MyLegalWin will not be liable for any damages resulting from the retention of such information. Furthermore, the Member acknowledges that any removal of information may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the information from the internet or other public forums, and MyLegalWin will not be held liable for any damages arising from the failure to remove the information from such forums.
Access to Services: Members will have access to blogs, guides, articles, partner offers, and other services as they come available. MyLegalWin reserves the right to add or remove services at any time, and to modify or discontinue any service or feature without notice. MyLegalWin will not be liable for any damages resulting from the loss of use, data, or profits, or from any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. Additionally, MyLegalWin is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided through the Site or Services, and makes no representations or warranties that the information provided will be accurate, complete, or current. Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.
Termination, Revocation, or Permanent Ban: MyLegalWin may terminate, revoke, or permanently ban any Member for any reason and without notice. MyLegalWin may also temporarily suspend a Member’s access to the Site and Services while it investigates any potential violations of this Agreement. If MyLegalWin determines, in its sole discretion, that the Member has violated this Agreement or engaged in conduct that is detrimental to MyLegalWin or its other Members, MyLegalWin may take appropriate action, including termination, revocation, or permanent ban. In addition, MyLegalWin reserves the right to terminate or revoke a Member’s access to the Site and Services if the Member fails to pay their Membership dues or is in violation of any other provision of this Agreement.
User-Generated Content: Members are responsible for ensuring that any content they post on MyLegalWin, including but not limited to, attorney profiles, blogs, comments, or other forms of user-generated content, complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe on any third-party rights. MyLegalWin reserves the right to review and remove any content that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of these terms or applicable laws and regulations. MyLegalWin will not be liable for any damages resulting from the removal of user-generated content. Moreover, MyLegalWin may, at its discretion, terminate or revoke a Member’s account if they repeatedly post content that violates these terms or applicable laws and regulations. In cases of legal disputes involving user-generated content, MyLegalWin will cooperate with legal authorities as required by law and provide any relevant information to aid in resolving the dispute.
