Graduated in 1972 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky in 1975. Worked as a Public Defender from 1975 through 1979. Engaged in private practice in Madisonville Kentucky and Princeton Kentucky from 1979 through the current date.
