Dan Mordarski is an accomplished civil litigation attorney and mediator with over 31 years of legal experience. He began his career at a complex commercial litigation firm, representing some of the largest international corporations for 12 years before resigning as a partner in 2006 to found Mordarski Law — shifting his focus to representing individuals in wrongful death, serious personal injury, sexual abuse, civil rights, employment, legal malpractice, and product liability matters. Today, more than half of Dan's practice is devoted to serving as a mediator or arbitrator in complex, high-value claims, and conducting focus groups and trial consulting for litigators preparing for trial.
