Born and raised in Albania, Daniela Labinoti immigrated to the United States in 1997, fleeing the civil war in her home country. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in Accounting from Lubbock Christian University in 2002 and earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2005 — becoming a licensed attorney in both Texas and New Mexico. Over a 20-year career dedicated to trial work, Labinoti has achieved 90 trial wins in personal injury and employment law — earning a reputation as a fearless, relentless advocate for the underserved. She is the founder and owner of Labinoti Law Firm, with offices in El Paso, Las Cruces, and Carlsbad, serving clients across West Texas and New Mexico in serious personal injury matters including semi-truck accidents, workplace injuries, oil and gas accidents, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death, as well as employment law and consumer law. Deeply rooted in her community, Daniela is a former President of the El Paso Trial Lawyers Association and an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the National Trial Lawyers. She approaches every case with the belief that everyone deserves a voice — and a commitment to fighting for her clients as if they were family.
