Frank Lay is a North Carolina Board Certified Criminal Defense Attorney with over 20 years of experience in criminal defense, following a decade as a Prosecutor in Western North Carolina. He is a graduate of the National College for DWI Defense at Harvard University School of Law and an active member of both the National Criminal Defense College and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
