Kristen Gibbons Feden

A celebrated trial attorney known as the female litigator "who stared down Bill Cosby" (The New York Times), Kristen Gibbons Feden joined Anapol Weiss as a shareholder in March 2024. Internationally recognized as a leading fierce and relentless litigator in the #MeToo Movement, Feden is known for her world-renowned closing argument in the Bill Cosby trial and for winning two eight-figure verdicts in a single day in 2023 — a $10.5 million verdict for survivors of singer R. Kelly and a $22 million verdict for a sexual abuse survivor of a renowned New York pediatrician. In early 2024, she won additional victories for survivors of the same pediatrician, with 75 verdicts totaling over $1.3 billion. Feden leads the Anapol Weiss practice areas for sexual abuse, human trafficking, child abuse and exploitation, and civil rights litigation. She began her career as a prosecutor in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where she served in the Domestic Violence, Elder Abuse, and Sex Crimes Units, successfully prosecuting cases involving sexual abuse, child pornography, domestic violence, and homicide. Feden was named 2024 Attorney of the Year by The Legal and The Philadelphia Citizen.
