Nick T. Movagar

Nick T. Movagar is the co-founder and managing partner of M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers in Los Angeles, California. He represents people injured by another party’s negligence and families pursuing wrongful death claims. His practice includes car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, brain injuries, premises liability, and dog bite cases.

With more than 20 years of legal experience, Movagar combines hands-on representation with leadership of a firm of more than 200 professionals. M&Y reports recovering more than $1 billion in verdicts and settlements for its clients. Before co-founding the firm, he represented corporate clients at a Los Angeles law firm, experience that informs his work on behalf of injured individuals.

Movagar earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2004, graduating cum laude with Order of the Coif honors. He received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 2001 and was admitted to the California bar in December 2004. From the firm’s Los Angeles office, he serves clients throughout California, helping them understand their claims and pursue compensation for the losses they have suffered.
