Tracey A. Guisbert

Tracey A. Guisbert came to the law the long way, and her clients are the beneficiaries of every mile. Before earning her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2014, Guisbert spent her early career with the American Red Cross Emergency Services Department, standing beside individuals on the worst days of their lives. She followed that with more than a decade in the corporate world managing commercial and residential leases, construction projects, and vendor contracts. By the time she became a partner at Guisbert Mormando Law PLLC, she had already mastered the two disciplines that define great counsel: crisis and contract. From the firm's Livonia offices, Guisbert represents clients across family law, criminal defense, business matters, real estate, and estate planning, guiding them through divorce and custody disputes, drafting and negotiating agreements, structuring LLCs and partnerships, and protecting families through wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Her method begins before the advocacy does. Guisbert makes it her first priority to understand each client's goals and concerns, then converts that understanding into zealous representation. The approach traces directly to her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. Recognition has included the 2025 Elite Lawyer award and active membership in the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Professional Women.
