Christopher Keith brings over two decades of legal experience to his clients, entering his 24th year of practicing law with an impressive record of success. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in more than 30 states nationwide and secured favorable jury verdicts in seven different states. Christopher achieved his first seven-figure jury verdict just three years out of law school and has since obtained over 50 seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements for his clients, with that number continuing to grow each year.

His practice encompasses a diverse range of cases, including personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, trucking accidents, premises liability, and automobile wrecks. Christopher’s dedication to his clients and his pursuit of justice have earned him a stellar reputation in the legal community.

In addition to his courtroom achievements, Christopher has led the remarkable growth of his law firm since 2011. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded from two attorneys and two paralegals to more than 30 attorneys and a team of over 85 professionals. What began as a single office in Birmingham, Alabama, has grown to include multiple locations across Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida. Despite his responsibilities as Managing Attorney, Christopher remains actively involved in handling cases and overseeing daily operations, attributing the firm’s success to the exceptional talent of his team.

Originally from Panama City, Florida, Christopher graduated from Florida State University, where he excelled academically and served as President of the Garnet Key Honor Society. He was also one of a select few chosen to attend the Inaugural College Leadership Florida.

Christopher went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, where he served as Editor in Chief of the Cumberland Law Review. Graduating with honors, he was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif. His early academic success set the foundation for his career-long passion for seeking justice in courtrooms across the nation.

Christopher’s passion for representing hardworking individuals stems from his humble upbringing as the son of a divorced mechanic and a bank teller. The first in his immediate and extended family to attend college, he takes immense pride in advocating for clients who, like him, have overcome challenges to achieve success.
