Katherine “Kate” Bihm

Katherine “Kate” Bihm is the managing shareholder of The Bihm Firm, PLLC, in Conroe, Texas. She represents individuals and families in divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters throughout Montgomery County and surrounding communities. Her work includes complex property division, divorce involving business ownership, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity, and protective orders.

Bihm began her career in the courtroom as an assistant district attorney in Montgomery County before opening her own practice in 2007. She brings that trial experience to family law cases where careful preparation and clear advice can make a meaningful difference. Her approach combines attention to the legal and financial details with an understanding of the personal decisions clients face during a divorce or custody dispute.

A Texas attorney since 2003, Bihm earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Texas A&M University.
