Maggie A. DiFederico is an associate attorney at Adams & Ham Trial Lawyers in Las Vegas, where she practices complex litigation and mass torts. A Las Vegas native and graduate of Bishop Gorman High School, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, where she studied law, history and culture, and psychology and volunteered with Neighborhood Legal Services in Los Angeles. DiFederico received her J.D. cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where she earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for the highest grades in Civil Procedure and Evidence Skills, served as a staff member of the Nevada Law Journal, was Treasurer of the Health Law Society, and sat on the Honor Code Committee. During law school she externed for Justice Abbi Silver at the Nevada Supreme Court and for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada's Consumer Protection Unit, working on guardianship and eviction matters for vulnerable members of the community. Beginning in 2022, DiFederico worked on complex litigation and mass tort cases alongside Robert Adams and Artemus Ham. She was a member of the trial team that secured a punitive damages verdict exceeding $3 billion in Ginger Land-Van Buren v. Affinitylifestyles.com, Inc. — the "Real Water" defective bottled water litigation, one of the largest verdicts in Nevada history. She is admitted before the Supreme Court of Nevada and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, and is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and the Clark County Bar Association. In 2023, The National Trial Lawyers named her a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer.
