Florence M. Ndedi has been practicing Immigration Law for almost two decades, and she has successfully represented hundreds of immigrants at immigration offices, U.S immigration courts and U.S consulates. Although her office is located in Oakland, California, Florence comfortably represents clients from all 50 states and abroad, including Africa, Europe, the pacific islands, Australia, Latin America, and Asia. Florence zealously represents her clients in an array of complex immigration cases, such as obtaining legal permanent residency, naturalization, citizenship, asylum, changes of status, waivers of inadmissibility, VAWA, DACA, humanitarian parole, Religious visas, fiance visas, work visas, appeals, family petitions, and many more. Florence keeps a close bond with her clients and is very responsive to their inquiries.

Prior to starting her practice, Florence obtained her first law degree at the University of Grenoble France, before obtaining her Masters of Laws in U.S Legal Studies at Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA. She is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted as an attorney and counselor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Florence is a member of the Association of European Attorneys and of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She also regularly steps out of her office to volunteer her legal services in different communities.
